边疆民族地区经济发展方式转变之民生改善效应研究

Research on People's Livelihood Improvement Effect of Economic Development Mode Change in Frontier Minority Areas

在理论构建加快经济发展方式转变和民生改善评价指标体系的基础上,构建面板数据模型对我国边疆民族地区经济发展方式转变之民生改善效应进行实证研究,结果表明:边疆民族地区经济发展方式转变未对其民生改善起到有效的促进作用。因此,根据该地区实际,应从提高自身创新能力和劳动力素质方面入手,把科技作为经济发展方式转变的支撑,才能有效促进民生改善。

Based on the theoretical construction of the evaluation index system speeding up the transformation of economic development patterns and the building the well-being, the author empirically researched improvement effect of livelihood to economic development mode change in our country＇s frontier minority areas by the panel data model, the results show that between the transformation of economic development pattern in national regions and the people livelihood improvement are related, namely, did not have effective promotion to improve the people livelihood. As a result, we should improve our innovative ability and labor quality, take science and technology as the support of economic development mode change, thus can effectively improve the people livelihood of the frontier minority area.
