摘要 教学团队建设对于教学型高校而言具有异乎寻常的意义,是学校提高教学水平,提升办学能力的重要环节。高校有的教师教学评价侧重于对个体教学效果的测评,对于提升教师教学能力,提高其责任心,改善教学效果具有重要意义。但过分强调对教师个体的教学效果评价也容易产生副作用,导致教师间不良竞争,不利于教学团队建设,影响高校整体教学水平的提高。基于促进教师合作和良性竞争的角度对现有的评价体系进行改进,引入其团队贡献和授课态度两个客观维度,从而弥补过分注重主观评价的缺陷和不足。 It has the unusual significance for teaching oriented colleges and universities to construct teaching teams. The constructing of teaching teams is the important segment for university to improve the teaching level, improving managerial ability. The existing teachers' teaching evaluation in colleges and universities focused on the evaluation of individual teaching effect. It is of great significance to improve the teaching effect, to promote teachers' teaching ability, to improve their sense of responsibility. But too much emphasis on the individual teacher's teaching effect evaluation is also easy to cause side effects,lead to bad competition between teachers, does not favor the teaching team construction, and affect the improvement of the overall teaching level in colleges and universities. Based on to promote teachers' cooperation and benign competition point of view to improve the existing evaluation system, introduced two objective dimension of the contribution to the team and teaching attitude, so as to make up for the insufficiency of overemphasis on the subjective evaluation.
