“洛桑模式”对我国应用技术型本科院校建设的启示

Inspiration from "Lausanne Mode" to the Development of Applied Technology in Chinese Colleges and Universities

瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院在酒店管理人才培养方面成果颇丰,"洛桑模式"已成为全世界酒店管理专业教学的典范。本文通过分析瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院应用型本科专业建设情况,提出对我国应用技术型本科院校建设在专业定位、实践教学、学生管理、课程设置、师资队伍建设等五方面的启示,以期对我国当前应用技术型本科院校建设具有指导意义。

＂Lausanne mode＂ has become a hotel management professional training model around the world thanks to the achievements Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne has made in cultivating hotel managers. Aiming to offer some instructive suggestion to Chinese colleges and universities of applied technology, the paper introduces the applied bachelor degree program in hotel management in Lausanne Switzerland and proposes five inspirations from the mode： specialty orientation, practice teaching, student management, curriculum designing, and teaching staff construction.
