摘要
通过对南宁市卫生学校376名学生的职业理想状况进行调查,分析了学生存在的专业选择自主性差、学习状态消极、职业期望理想化等问题,并对卫校"职业生涯规划"任课教师加强学生职业理想教育提出了建议。
Through a survey of the occupation ideal status of 376 students in Nanning Medical School, the paper analyzes some problems like ＂poor independent collection of profession＂, ＂negative learning attitude ＂ and ＂ high expectation for job ＂ to offer some advice for the ＂career planning＂ course teaching in secondary vocational schools.
