摘要
高职教育在国家的全面部署下正在快速发展。面临应用技术型本科院校转型的冲击,高职院校必须走特色发展道路,宁波教育学院高职营销专业应从人才培养模式改革入手,分析人才培养的多样化现状,贴合地方经济转型人才的高端技能化和大数据时代人才的信息技能化的时代背景,结合高职营销专业人才培养的实践,构建PBC人才培养模式。
Higher vocational education is developing rapidly in China in accordance with the national deployment. Facing the challenge from the application-oriented universities, higher vocational colleges have to take advantage of its own characteristics.This paper proposes that the Marketing Specialty in higher vocational training in Ningbo Institute of Education should innovate its talents training mode. Based on the existing marking talents training practice, the paper, taking into consideration the diversity of talents training, as well as the background of local talents in economic transition of high-end skills and information skills of personnel in the age of big data, offers PBC mode in this respect.
