The Construction of Employee Forces in Electronic Industry in China Since 1949

新中国电子工业的发展,经过了从装配、维修到工业化生产,直至电子信息产业成为整个国民经济发展的"装备部"的历程,其职工队伍的职业教育也从扫盲识字到今天的技校、中专、高等院校直至研究生培养,形成了业务系统、教育部门、中央、地方、企业多渠道办学和多层次培育人才的局面。近年来,电子工业的职工教育更是出现了向集团化发展的新趋势。

Having developed from assembling and maintenance to industrial mass production till electronic information industry becoming the ＂equipment department＂ of the national economic development, new China＇s electronic industry has being playing a very important role in Chinese economy. At the same time,the vocational education in this industry has changed a lot. In the beginning the main content of vocational education in this industry is literacy. By now this education has covered vocational school,technical secondary school,undergraduate and postgraduate in universities,which involved central and local government,industry,education sector and enterprises. In recent years,the vocational education in electronic industry has taken on a new trend of collectivization.
