摘要
液化石油气球罐发生火灾时,控制液化气球罐火灾的根本措施是切断气源和紧急排空。在完成放空之前应维持其稳定燃烧,同时对着火罐及相邻罐进行喷水冷却保护,使罐壁温升不超过100℃。附着罐壁的水膜,没有充分受热完全气化,则罐壁不会形成过热,罐的耐压强度可以得到保证。
When fire breaks out in liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tank, the fundamental measure of controlling the fire is to cut off gas source and open emergency vent, maintain stable burning when venting, at the same time, spraying cooling water system is used to protect the burning tank and surrounding tanks through making sure that wall temperature is less than 100℃. If the water film on the wall is not completely gasified, the tank wall should not be over-heated, and compressive strength of the tank can be guaranteed.
