摘要
大气热力除氧器广泛应用于工业锅炉的给水除氧,所需加热蒸汽由锅炉直接供给。以首都机场地区工业供热锅炉为例,分析除氧系统的工艺流程,建立除氧系统的质平衡与热平衡,从而确定除氧系统蒸汽耗量与锅炉给水量的关系式。
Atmospheric thermal deaerators are widely applied to supply water deoxygenation of industrial boilers, the required supply of heating steam from the boiler directly. To the airport area industrial heating boilers as an example, this paper analyzes the process flow of oxygen removal system, establish the oxygen removal systemofthemassbalanceandthermalequilibrium system, so as to determine the steam consumption of the oxygen removal system and boiler supplied water relationship.
