温莪术油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备与表征 被引量:6

Preparation and characterization of Curcuma wenyujin oil Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex

摘要 目的:制备温莪术油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物。方法:以包合物收得率和包合率的综合评分作为评价指标,选择温莪术油与羟丙基-β-环糊精的用量比(v/w)、包合温度及搅拌时间为主要影响因素,进行响应面分析试验,优化温莪术油的包合工艺条件;分别用紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)及X-射线衍射法(XRD)对温莪术油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物进行表征,评价其包合工艺。结果:最佳包合工艺条件为温莪术油与羟丙基-β-环糊精的用量比为18.03,包合温度23.0℃,搅拌时间1.83h。UV、IR、XRD等表征结果证明了包合物的生成。结论:温莪术油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺合理、可行,为工业化生产提供可靠的理论依据。 Objective: To prepare and characterize Curcuma wenyujin oil Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex(CWO-HPCD).Methods: The preparation conditions for inclusion of Curcuma wenyujin oil were optimized by using response surface analysis with evaluation indexes of comprehensive scores as inclusion complex yield and inclusion rate as the evaluation index,and main influence factors as dosage proportions(v/w) of Curcuma wenyujin oil Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,inclusion temperature and mixing time.Characterize CWO-HPCD and evaluate the inclusion process by using ultraviolet spectrum(UV),infrared spectrum(IR) and X-ray diffraction method(XRD).Results: The best inclusion processes were as follows: the best dosage proportion of Curcuma wenyujin oil and Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was 1:8.03,the most suitable temperature of inclusion was 23.0℃,the most suitable mixing time was 1.83h.The characterization results of UV,IR and XRD proved the generation of inclusion complex.Conclusion: The inclusion process of Curcuma wenyujin oil Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin is reasonable and feasible,and provided reliable theory for commercial process.
