回神颗粒治疗中度创伤性脑损伤的临床疗效观察

Curative effect observation on treating moderate traumatic brain injury with Huishen Granule

目的:探讨回神颗粒治疗创伤性脑损伤(TBI)的疗效及疗效机制。方法:选择武清中医院收治的中度TBI患者36例,采用随机数字表法将纳入病例分为治疗组和对照组各18例。两组均予TBI的西医基础治疗,治疗组加用回神颗粒。观察两组患者生命体征、影像学、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、简化急性生理学评分(SAPS)、残疾分级评分(DRS)、格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)的变化。结果:治疗组的总有效率为73.3%,对照组40.0%,虽然治疗组高于对照组,但两组比较无显著差异。与对照组同期比较,治疗组GCS(3、7、15d)、SAPS(7、10、15d)、DRS(7、15d)、GOS(7、10、15d)的评分明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:回神颗粒治疗TBI的疗效机制可能为:益气扶正,改善机体应激状态;活血化瘀,减轻微循环紊乱状态;开窍醒神,改善机体认知功能。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect and mechanism of treating moderate traumatic brain injury（TBI） with Huishen Granule.Methods： 36 TBI patients treatment in Wuqing Hospital of TCM were included and randomly divided into a treatment group（18 cases） and a control group（18 cases）.All the TBI patients in the two groups were treated with basic treatment of western medicine,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Huishen Granule based on the above treatment.Vital signs,imageology diversity,glosgow coma score（GCS）,simplified acute physiology score（SAPS）,disability rating scale（DRS） and glasgow outcome scale（GOS） of patients in the two groups were observed.Results： Compared with the control group,the total effective rate,GCS,SAPS,DRS and GOS of patients in treatment group were improved significantly.Conclusion： The treatment mechanisms of Huishen Granule were as follows： benefiting qi and strengthening resistance to improve the body＇s stress state,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis to reduce the microcirculation disorder state,resuscitation to improve cognitive function in the body.
