扶正化瘀片美国Ⅱ期临床试验结束后的思考

Strategy and tactics for the development of traditional Chinese medicine:The thinking after finishing a clinical trial phase I for Fuzheng Huayu Tablet in USA

如何发展壮大中医药事业,这是中医人必须思考的问题。笔者通过亲身参与扶正化瘀片在美国开展的治疗慢性丙型肝炎的Ⅱ期临床试验,得到了一些启示。认为中医药以与国外联合开展临床试验和基础研究的形式走向海外,对中医药事业的发展具有重要意义。作者提出了中医药发展的"继承、创新、现代化和国际化"战略必须与中医药发展战术(例如走向海外)相结合的观点,并展望了中医药走向海外对中药复方发展的要求和趋势带来的影响。

It is an essential question worth TCM doctors to think,that is how to develop and grow traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.The author gets some idea through participating in the clinical trial phase II for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C with Fuzheng Huayu Tablet in USA.It is very important to develop TCM by collaboration with researchers from abroad in the clinical trial and basic research.It is known that the development strategy of TCM is ‘inheritance,innovation,modernization and internationalization＇.So the author＇s opinion is that the development strategy of TCM is to combine with some tactics（such as TCM goes abroad）.And the author also outlooks the effect of TCM on developing requirement and tendency of Chinese herbal compounds to abroad.
