中医药对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后治疗现状研究

Research on the situation of PCI postoperative treatment in coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine

文章通过分析近些年中医药治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后并发症的理论、治疗和实验结果,研究显示冠心病PCI术后主要病因病机主要为心脉痹阻,病位在心与肾相关。临床治疗中单味药、有效成分直接作用于心脏或心肌细胞,复方制剂通过多种途径调节恢复心脏功能,这些为基于病证结合-方证对应的冠心病PCI术后并发症治疗用药药理研究以及新药研发提供可参数据。

This paper analyzes the theory,treatment and experiment results of PCI postoperative complications in CHD with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.The research suggests that the main pathogenesis of PCI postoperative in CHD is the blockage stasis of heart and vessel,the main location of CHD is heart,related to kidney in the process of disease.The effective components of herbs treat the heart or myocardial cells directly,but the compound preparation modulate and recover the function of heart by multiple ways in the clinical treatment.The research provides parameters for the pharmacology research and the new drug research of PCI postoperative complications in CHD based on the combination of disease and syndrome as well as prescriptions corresponding to syndrome.
