系统性红斑狼疮中医临床路径的实施及评价

Implementation and evaluation of TCM clinical pathway in systemic lupus erythematosus

目的:评价国家中医药管理局系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中医临床路径的实施效果。方法:通过比较路径组(30例)和非路径组(30例)患者住院天数、费用、中医特色治疗、疗效、满意度等项目,评价路径实施效果。结果:路径组平均住院天数明显短于非路径组(P<0.01),住院总费用、药品总费用、西药费方面显著低于非路径组(P<0.05),中医特色疗法的使用率显著高于非路径组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前后疗效都有所改善,组间无明显差异,路径组患者满意度良好。结论:系统性红斑狼疮中医临床路径具有临床可行性,可以缩短住院天数,减少住院费用,进一步提高中医特色治疗的使用率,患者整体满意度良好。

Objective： To evaluate the implementation effect of the management of State Administration of TCM clinical pathway in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods： The aspects of hospital stays, hospital costs, characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, curative effect, patient satisfaction and other projects were compared in the pathway group （30 cases） and non-pathway group （30 cases）, evaluated the implementation effect of pathway. Results： The average hospital stays in the pathway group was significantly shorter than that in the non-pathway group （P〈0.01）. The total hospital costs, total cost of drugs and western medicine cost in the pathway group were lower than these in the non-pathway group （P〈0.05）. The utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy was higher than the non-pathway group （P〈0.05）. The patients in the pathway group had high satisfaction. Conclusion： The TCM clinical pathway of SLE has a clinical feasibility, which can shorten the hospital stays, reduce hospital cost, and further improve the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy, with a high satisfaction.
