中医学对糖皮质激素主治功效的药性认识

Recognition of the medicine property of glucocorticoids in traditional Chinese medcine

糖皮质激素是临床常用药物,其药效明确可靠;然而,中医药理论体系对其理论分析却很少涉及。文章对糖皮质激素进行中药特征的分析,使之具备中药的"四气五味、升降浮沉、归经"药性理论,为"西药中药化"奠定理论及临床基础。

Abstrct： Glucocorticoid（hereinafter referred to as the hormone）,with its certain effect,is widely used in clinical practice.However,theoretical system of hormone was rarely involed in TCM.In this paper,we analyze the TCM＇s characteristics of homone to add the drug properties： the four properties and five tastes,ascending-descending-floating-sinking and channel tropism-to hormone which will settle the theoretical basis of the clinical application of ‘Chinese medicalization of western medicine＇.
