《竹林女科证治》不孕不育症的论治思想探析

近一个多世纪以来的各项研究表明,人类的生育能力正逐步下降,不孕不育症严重影响到家庭和社会的稳定。浙江萧山竹林寺女科已有上千年历史,名列浙江中医妇科四大流派,《竹林女科证治》为其代表著作之一。其第四卷上篇《求嗣上》篇,为论述不孕不育证治的专篇。该篇指出求嗣的关键是"阴阳交畅,精血合凝";病因认识上重视男子的肾精状况,兼顾女子气血;治疗谨遵"男子养精、女子养血"的原则;怀孕初期,还须防暗产。对临床有一定的指导意义。

Numerous studies over the century show that human fertility is declining gradually,infertility has severely influenced social and family stability.The Xiaoshan Zhulin Temple Gynecology is one of the four famous TCM gynecology schools in Zhejiang,which has a history of over 1 000 years.Gynecological Treatment of the Zhulin Temple is one of the representative works of the Zhulin Temple Gynecology.The first half part of Volume Four which called ‘Seeking for Progeny＇,is a special part mainly focused on infertile.It points out that the key to conception is the successful meeting and merging of Yin-yang,blood and essence.That is to say,we should put emphasis on the men＇s kidney essence and momen＇s qi and blood; following the principle of nourishing essence for men and blood for women.What＇s more,abortion should be carefully prevented at the first stage of pregnancy.This part has s certain directive significance for clinical treatment.
