分析丁元庆教授脑病科门诊225例躯体形式障碍患者临床资料,探讨其证候及发病机制。常见证候包括阴虚证、气郁证、郁热证、痰热证、瘀热证等,提出形神失和是其核心病机,心肝气机失常,络窍不利为其基本病机。

Clinical data of 225 patients with somatoform disorders in encephalopathy department outpatient service was analyzed and syndromes and pathogenesis of the disease was explore.The syndromes of somatoform disorders included yin deficiency syndrome,qi depression syndrome,heat depression syndrome,heat-phlegm syndrome and blood stasis-heat syndrome.The principal pathogenesis of somatoform disorders was estrangement of form and mental,and the basic pathogenesis of somatoform disorders was qi-movement disorder in heart and liver and disfluency in collaterals and apertures.
