摘要
目的探讨红花黄色素注射液对颅脑损伤大鼠的影响。方法用Feeney自由落体撞击法制作大鼠颅脑损伤模型。Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,假手术组、模型组和低中高3个剂量实验组。假手术组与模型组均腹腔注射同体积的0.9%氯化钠,实验组给予红花黄色素注射液60,30,15 mg·kg-1,分别于给药后3,7,14 d,检测大鼠血浆中内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,同时进行神经功能缺损评分。结果高中2个剂量红花黄色素注射液(60,30 mg·kg-1)给药后3,7,14 d,能够明显降低血浆中内皮素含量(P<0.05),明显升高血浆中CGRP含量(P<0.05);且能够显著降低其神经功能缺损评分(P<0.05)。结论红花黄色素注射液对于颅脑损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Safflower Yellower Injection on traumatic brain injury in rats.Methods Feeney method were used to establish traumatic brain injury model in rats.Rats of treatment group were administrated with the Safflower Yellower Injec-tion (60,30,15 mg· kg -1 ).The content of endothelin and calcitonin gene related peptide ( CGRP ) in plasma and neurologic impairment scores were deceted at the 3,7,14 days after administration.Results The high and middle doses of Safflower Yellower Injection ( 60 , 30 mg· kg-1 ) significantly reduced the plasma endothelin concentration , increased CGRP concentration and obviously decreased the neurologic impairment scores at the 3,7,14 days after administration (P〈0.05). Conclusion Safflower Yellower Injection improved the symptom for traumatic brain injury.
