摘要
采用盆栽土培法研究了生长调节剂GA3和DA-6强化黑麦草Cd污染土壤修复,对黑麦草生理生化特性以及Cd在植物体内化学形态分布的影响。结果表明,添加GA3和DA-6使黑麦草体内SOD、POD、CAT的活性显著提高,MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05),减轻了Cd对细胞的膜脂过氧化作用;GA3和DA-6使黑麦草体内Cd的移动性明显降低(P<0.05),在一定程度上缓解Cd对植物的伤害,且10μmol/L GA3和1μmol/L DA-6分别是GA3和DA-6处理中效果最为显著的。由于GA3和DA-6增强了黑麦草对Cd的抗性,黑麦草的光合作用和生物量都得到显著提高(P<0.05),因而也促进了黑麦草对Cd的富集和提取效率(P<0.05),其中1μmol/L DA-6作用效果最为显著,可以在实际植物修复土壤Cd污染中作为强化措施加以应用。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of growth regulators GA3 and DA-6on enhancing the phytoremediation efficiency of Cd contaminated soils by ryegrass,the physiological characteristics of plant and the chemical forms of Cd in ryegrass.The results showed that the addition of GA3 and DA-6significantly improved the SOD,POD,CAT activities in ryegrass,and decreased the MDA contents(P0.05),thus alleviating the membrane lipid peroxidation.In addition,both GA3 and DA-6reduced the mobility of Cd in shoot of ryegrass,as a result,the damage of Cd to plants was reduced to a certain extent,and the 10μmol/L GA3 and 1μmol/L DA-6were the most effective among the GA3 and DA-6treatments,respectively.Due to the plant resistance to Cd was enhanced by GA3 and DA-6,photosynthesis and the plant growth of ryegrass were significantly promoted(P 0.05).Consequently,Cd accumulation and phytoextraction efficiency by ryegrass were improved(P0.05),with the DA-6at 1μmol/L being the most effective,which could be applied in the real phytoremediation for Cd contaminated soil.
