摘要
随着社会信用体系建设的不断推进,个人信用报告的重要性不断凸显。如何建立人事档案与个人信用报告的联系,推进人事档案管理信用化改革,实现全面动态的管理模式,成为需要探索的课题。本文在个人信用报告内涵的基础上,从广义个人信用报告角度出发,对建立人事档案与个人信用报告互动的必要性、可行性及措施等进行了分析和思考,并对二者互动的前景进行了展望。
With the advancement of the construction of social credit system, a person's credit status hasbeen their employment qualifications and individual credit report has been valued and exploited. Personnelfiles should establish contact with individual credit report and promote credit reform of personnel files, realizeoverall and dynamic management mode. Based on presenting individual credit report and the concept ofgeneralized individual credit report, analyzed and thinked about the interaction of both necessity, feasibilityand measures, and prospects of the interaction of both were discussed.
