摘要
用不同浓度的水杨酸(0.15、0.25、0.5、1、2、3 mol L^-1)浸泡3个不同品种干旱胁迫条件下的黑麦草(欧必克、多福、凤凰)种子,研究水杨酸对3个不同品种的黑麦草种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:0.15~1 mol ?L -1的水杨酸浸种处理的黑麦草种子萌发率明显增高,同时,水杨酸处理促进了黑麦草在干旱胁迫条件下胚根和胚芽的伸长。
Three varieties of ryegrass (Oubike ,Duofu ,Fenghuang) under drought stress conditions were soaked with different concentrations of salicylic acid (0 .15 ,0 .25 ,0 .5 ,1 ,2 ,3 mol L - 1 ) ,with the aim to study the effect of salicylic acid pretreatment on ryegrass seed germination characteristics .The results showed that the germination of ryegrass seeds under 0 .15 ~ 1mol ?L - 1 of salicylic acid was significantly increased ,meanwhile ,the elongation of ryegrass radicle and plantule under drought stress were promoted under salicylic acid treatment .
