中国人ABO血型与肺癌发生关系的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the relationship between the ABO blood group and lung cancer in China

目的:从循证医学的角度评价中国人群ABO血型与肺癌之间的相互关系。方法:采用Meta分析专用软件Review Manager 5.0对20年内中国不同地区发表的15篇关于ABO血型与肺癌关系的病例-对照研究进行Meta分析。结果:中国人ABO血型与肺癌发生无关。A、B、O、AB血型的OR值分别是1.03(0.80,1.32)、0.98(0.87,1.12)、0.94(0.73,1.2)、0.95(0.83,1.08)。A、B、O、AB血型在肺癌人群与正常人群中的分布没有差别,P值分别为0.82、0.81、0.63、0.43,均大于0.05,均无统计学意义。结论:肺癌是一种多因素疾病,单一的ABO血型因素可能与肺癌发生是无关的。

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between ABO blood group and lung cancer in Chinese popula-tion from the view of evidence-based medicine.Methods:Collecting 15 published articles and using a series proce-dure to analyze the relationship between the ABO blood group and lung cancer using special software Review Manger 5.0.Results:The ABO blood group had no relation with lung cancer.The odds ratio (OR)values were 1.03 (0.80, 1.32),0.98 (0.87,1.12),0.94(0.73,1.2)and 0.95 (0.83,1.08)of A,B,AB and O.There was no difference in the distribution of ABO blood group between lung cancer group and normal group.P values were 0.82,0.81, 0.63,0.43 (P>0.05)respectively.Conclusion:Lung cancer is a multifactor disease,single ABO blood group may be has no relation with lung cancer.
