摘要
针对油水井实施堵水过程中难以准确控制用量、堵剂浪费大、施工风险高的问题,开展了溶液类堵剂、固相颗粒复合堵水体系研究。在堵水剂挤注过程中固相颗粒不断滤失封堵,自动调整进液通道,最终实现均匀、整体封堵。通过对脲醛树脂在稠化、固相填料两方面的系统研究,形成了脲醛树脂为主体的新型堵水剂。应用中针对不同封堵要求,调整不同稠化及填料质量分数,实现深部处理与炮眼封堵的一体化无缝处理;堵剂挤注压力完全控制在安全范围内并可顺利顶替到位,直接关井候凝,大大降低了施工风险,技术优势明显,取得了较好的矿场应用效果。
In view of such problems as difficulty in controlling the amount of plugging agents, large waste of the agents and highrisks in the process of water plugging in oil/water wells, was research was carried out on composite water plugging system composed ofsolution-type plugging agents and solid particles; when injecting the water plugging agents, the solid particles in its constantly filtratedout and pluged the water, automatically adjusted its inlet pathways and finally realized even and overall plugging. After systematic studyon urea-formaldehyde resin in terms of thickening and solid packing, we developed a new water plugging with urea-formaldehyde resinas the major component. For different plugging requirements, we can adjust the different thickening and packing concentration and realizedthe seamless plugging integrating deep treatment and perforation plugging. The injection pressure for plugging agent is completelycontrolled within a safe range and can successfully displace to the desired location, then we can directly shut in the well and wait forsetting, which can greatly reduce the operation risks. This technology has many merits and works effectively in the fields.
