摘要
将珍珠岩、泥炭和蛭石按不同比例混合成12种基质,对北美冬青(Ilex verticillata)进行嫩枝扦插试验,研究不同基质对北美冬青扦插生根的影响,结果表明:15%珍珠岩+35%泥炭+50%蛭石是北美冬青嫩枝扦插的最佳基质,其生根率为63.89%,平均根长为4.05 cm,根系效果指数达0.65。
Experiments were conducted on 12 different substrates for growth of Ilex verticillata cutting. The result demonstrated that the best substratefor cutting of I. verticillata was 15% perlite＋35% peat＋50% vermiculite, and the rooting rate was 63.89%, and the mean root length was 4.05cm, andthe root effective index was 0.65.
