Demand and Supply Analysis and Allocation Layout of Water Resources in Ordos

伴随着鄂尔多斯市经济快速发展以及工业化、城镇化进程加快,经济社会发展与水资源利用及保护之间出现了严重的不协调,水资源问题成为制约经济社会发展的关键瓶颈要素。以提高水资源利用效率为核心,以多水源联合调配、格局优化为主线,对鄂尔多斯市国民经济需水量进行多种用水模式下的分析和优化,通过采用水资源供需的"三次分析"方法提出不同水平年水资源供需分析和合理配置方案,谋划鄂尔多斯市水资源可持续利用的新格局,形成区域供水安全的保障格局。

With the rapid economic development,the accelerated industrialization and urbanization process,it appears serious mismatch between e-conomic and social development and utilization and protection of water resources in Ordos City,and water problem has become the bottleneck re-stricting the economic and social development,so it is very important to setup a new pattern for ensuring Ordos City’s regional water security. This paper designed a new pattern for water resources sustainable utilization in Ordos City,based on a lot of detailed researches. Taking the improvement of the utilization efficiency of water resources as a core and taking the joint distribution between different waters and optimizing the structure of the pattern as the main line,this paper analyzed and optimized water requirements of Ordos City in a variety of modes,and put forward reasonable water resources allocation schemes in different levels by using‘triple analysis’method.
