摘要
黄河是一条多泥沙河流,引水必然引沙,在引黄工程渠首修建沉沙池,使泥沙在特定区域集中沉积处理,将泥沙造成的环境问题限制在较小的范围内,保证总干渠清水下泄,是引黄工程成败的关键。采用准静水沉降法的原理,对选定的2条条渠梭型沉沙池方案进行了分析计算。鉴于沉沙池所占的土地均为农田,为节省土地和投资,选择沉沙池条渠底宽450 m方案。按照计算,沉沙池每年淤沙量233万m3,需处理的泥沙量较大,泥沙处理问题将成为引黄入冀补淀工程最大的环境制约因素。经多方面调研,近期泥沙处理初拟方案为:优先选择低洼和闲置土地堆放,并进行平整,覆盖原状土,做好水利配套设施;黄河泥沙作为土源可以成为工程用土。
The Yellow River is a heavily silt-laden river,water and sediment diversion are simultaneous. Building desilting basin at canal head of the Yellow River Diversion Project is a key to success. The principle of quasi-hydrostatic sedimentation method was used in the selected two desilt-ing basins analysis and calculation. In order to save the land and investments,it chose the desilting basin of canal bottom 450 m wide plan. Ac-cording to the calculations,the annual deposition volume was 2. 33 million m3,a large amount of sediment needed to be treated and dealing with the sediment would be the biggest issue of environment in the Yellow River-to-Baiyangdian Water Transfer Project. After many research,recent sed-iment treatment program is as follows:To reduce the impact of sediment to the surrounding environment of desilting basin,preference low-lying and idle land to stack sediment and leveling it. As a source of silt soil it can be used by engineering.
