Marx's theory of property rights is a necessary component of historical materialism,but it has long been misinterpreted. The establishment of property rights in the field of law,economics and moral has experienced a long historical development process. Marx,on the basis of critically inheriting predecessors' ideology,made a deep analysis capitalist private property,criticized private property as capital,and put forward the idea of individual ownership. In-depth study of Marx's theory of property rights and the development process of its practice in China is of great significance to ensure the healthy development of the market economy and to promote the construction of China's democratic rule of law.
