中国石油进口运输通道安全态势分析及对策研究

Analysis on China's Importing Petroleum Transport Channel Safety and Countermeasures

随着我国石油进口量不断增加,石油对外依存度逐年升高,石油安全问题愈发重要。石油运输通道安全作为石油安全的重要组成部分越来越引起关注。文章从我国石油进口格局出发,在全面梳理目前我国石油进口海上与陆上通道的基础上,基于运输通道安全视角,从通道容量、通道距离、通道安全性、通道途经地区自然地理环境和地缘政治关系等五个方面,综合分析中国石油进口海上与陆上通道的安全态势,并提出相关对策,为我国未来石油进口重点运输通道的选择提供参考。

With China＇s oil increasing imports, which results in increasingexternal dependency of oil, the oil security problem has become increasinglyimportant. As an important part of oil security, oil transport channel securityhas caused more and more attention. This article started with the patternof China＇s oil imports, after combing China＇s oil imports at sea and land accesscurrently, based on the transport channel security, comprehensive analysisof security situation of China＇s oil importsby sea and land passage fromthe five aspects as channel capacity, channel distance, channel security degree,natural geographical environment in channel way area and geopoliticalrelation, then put forward relevant countermeasures, in order to provide referencefor the option of the key transportation corridor of China’s futureoil-importing.
