中蒙地缘经济发展路径探析

随着蒙古多元平衡外交战略的实施,中蒙两国在睦邻友好关系基础上,不断巩固的地缘政治助推地缘经济持续发展,2011年,两国签署了《中华人民共和国和蒙古国关于建立战略伙伴关系的联合声明》,标志着中蒙战略伙伴关系的确立,两国地缘经济的发展研究也进入了一个新阶段。但同时也面临着世界大国对蒙古政治影响严重、投资环境有待改善、中方投资结构失衡等问题的困扰。依托于东北亚开发新的历史阶段,可以探索以边境口岸为基点,沿边开发开放带为轴线,拓展和转型升级中蒙跨境地缘经济体模式等切实可行的发展路径,更加有效地将中蒙地缘政治关系上升到中蒙地缘经济关系。

The study of geo-economic between these two countries enters a newstage. But it is also faced with the problem of world powers to Mongolia seriouspolitical implications, the need to improve the environment for investment,the investment structure imbalance problem.Relying on the NortheastAsian development new stage, can explore to the border crossings as the startingpoint, the development and opening of border with Mongolia axis, expandand cross-border economic model, the development path of the feasible transformationand upgrading, more effectively the geopolitical relations to thegeo economic relationship.
