环海峡旅游圈视角下的台湾地区旅游发展研究

Research on Tourism Development in Taiwan from the Perspective of Strait Tourism Circle

依据2013年台湾统计年鉴和台湾交通部观光局观光统计年报,在吸收和继承已有研究成果的基础上,从旅游发展条件和旅游发展现状分析台湾地区的旅游发展,并结合国家环海峡旅游圈的政策导向进行研究。研究表明:台湾地区具有优越的区位、发达的经济、丰富的资源、便利的交通以及良好的环境,这些都为台湾地区旅游发展提供充分的条件;台湾地区经济快速发展的同时,其旅游也加快发展;在入境旅游和出境旅游不断增长的同时,区内旅游渐趋疲软,在整个旅游业中所占份额越来越小;台湾地区入境旅游市场增长较快,大陆和港澳地区正逐步成为入境旅游市场的主体,洲际客源分布较为稳定,入境游客构成存在一定变化;入境旅游和出境旅游受国际关系和地区关系的影响显著,入境旅游市场和出境旅游市场的发展不均衡,使旅游成为"花汇产业";近年来随着台湾地区入境旅游的快速发展,特别是海峡两岸旅游合作的进一步深入,大陆已取代日本成为台湾地区第一大客源市场,入境旅游市场和出境旅游市场的不平衡性正在缩小。

Based on statistical Yearbook of Taiwan and Taiwan ＂Tourism Bureau＂statistical Yearbook of tourism in 2013, on the basis of absorbing and inheritingexisting research results, the author analyses the tourism developmentin Taiwan from the conditions of tourism development including its presentsituation and combines with the policy guidance of national strait tourismcircle for study. Research has shown that Taiwan has a superior location, developedeconomy, abundant resources, convenient transportation and good environment,all these provide sufficient conditions for tourism development in Taiwan. With the rapid economic development in Taiwan, its tourism also acceleratesquickly. Inbound tourism and outbound tourism grow constantly at thesame time, the area of tourism is gradually weakening, and its share in thewhole tourism industry is becoming more and more smaller. Inbound tourism marketis growing rapidly in Taiwan, the mainland , Hong Kong and Macao regionsare gradually becoming the main inbound tourism market, intercontinentalsource distribution is relatively stable, there are some changes in the compositionof inbound tourists. Inbound tourism and outbound tourism are significantlyinfluenced by international relation and regional relation, the developmentof inbound tourism and outbound tourism market is not balanced, makingtourism industry ＂consumption of foreign exchange industry＂. In recent years,with the rapid development of inbound tourism in Taiwan, especially the furthertourism cooperation across the Taiwan straits, the mainland has replacedJapan as Taiwan＇s largest tourist source market, and the imbalance between inboundtourism and outbound tourism market is shrinking.
