摘要 介绍了合成氨厂在液氮洗精制气未合格之前的状况,采取了提前用氮气开启氢氮气压缩机打内循环、待液氮洗精制气合格后完成无间隔接气的措施,结果表明:缩短了约2h的开车时间,减少了约16万m3的精制气放空,大大降低了开车成本。 This paper introduces the condition of ammonia unit before purified gas from liquid nitrogen wash section is offspec. After taking the meas-ure of adopting nitrogen to startup H2/N2 compressor for internal circulation in advance and realizing interval-free switch over after the purified gas from liquid nitrogen wash section reach the standard, the results show that the startup time is shortened by about 2 hours and 160 000 m3 purified gas vented to the air is reduced, which greatly cuts down the startup cost.
