气化高温热水泵事故原因分析及应对措施

摘要 针对新能凤凰(滕州)能源有限公司气化工段高温热水泵因振动过大造成多次停车事故、严重制约正常生产的问题,提出了从泵自身设计、管道设计、工艺运行三方面分别查找原因,采取了对管道更改设计、增加灰水加压泵、优化操作参数等措施,结果表明:高温热水泵运行稳定。 Due to the excessive vibration of the high temperature hot water pump in the gasification section of Xinneng Phoenix(Tengzhou) Energy Co.,Ltd,several emergency shutdowns occurred which seriously restricted the normal production.The author proposes to troubleshoot the issue respectively from the aspects of pump design,piping design and process operation and to take measures as change of piping design,erection of gray water booster pump and optimization of operation parameters.The result shows that the high temperature hot water pump runs steadily.
