摘要
发动机的运动和仿真分析是发动机产品设计时不可缺少的重要环节。针对V6发动机将旋转运动转化为直线往复运动的机构形式,利用Pro/E软件下的机构运动仿真模块,重点分析了各运动件之间的相对位置关系,且针对V6发动机双VVT机构的特点,对VVT执行下的气门活塞运动进行了干涉分析。
The motion simulation analysis of engine is an important part in the engine design.For the organization of V6 en-gine which could convert rotary motion to linear reciprocating motion forms, the relative position relationships of the moving parts are analyzed by using the mechanism motion simulation module of the Pro/E software; And the interference analysis of relationship between valve and piston movement when the VVT working is also completed according to the characteristics of the V6 engine which has double VVT mechanism.
