摘要
针对BF型防坠器在实际使用中需要进行合理调试等问题,重点介绍了防坠器在制动过程中各主要部件运动参数的关系,通过对制动过程的速度、时间、距离等参数的分析,分析了缓冲绳在制动过程中所起的作用,得出在缓冲器中缓冲绳被抽出距离应大于22.5 mm。
Aiming at some issues of BF type safety catch machine such as reasonable adjustment in application, relations a-mong the motion parameters of major parts in the safety catch during the breaking process are focused in this article.Based on analysis of some parameters such as speed, duration and length, function of the buffer rope is acknowledged, and a conclusion that the pulling length of the buffer rope in safety catch should be 22.5 mm is drawn.
