摘要
采用三维绘图软件Solidworks建立一种适用于新型纸纱复合袋糊底机托辊部件的摇臂机构模型,并将模型导入Ansys Workbench中进行有限元静力学分析,验证了其结构合理性。研究表明,适用于新型纸纱复合袋糊底机托辊部件的摇臂机构能够很好的保证对托辊部件的支撑与固定,具有结构简单、稳定性好等特点。
The model of rocker mechanism for the paper and yarn compounding bag paste bottom machine is designed by the SolidWorks software, and statics structure analysis is analyzed based on the construction design module of SolidWorks leading in the Ansys Workbench to verify its structure is reasonable.The studies have shown that the rocker mechanism can well sup-port and fix the roller parts, and it has the characteristics of simple structure and good stability.
