摘要
建立了两端固支Jeffcott转子间碰摩的模型,推导了模型的运动微分方程,应用龙格库塔(Rung-Kutta)法求解运动微分方程特定转速下振动响应的幅值;同时对发生高低压转子间碰摩的发动机实测振动信号进行分析总结,得到了高低压转子间碰摩的典型振动特征,对今后相同或者相似的碰摩故障提供有益的参考。
In this paper, model of the rubbing interaction between the Jeffcott rotors with fixed ends is established, then the motion differential equation of the model is deduced, and the amplitude of vibration response in the motion differential equation under the certain rotating speed is also solved by using the Rung-Kutta method.Meanwhile, the measured vibration signals of engine which produces rubbing interaction between high and low pressure rotors are analyzed, then the typical vibration char-acteristics of rubbing interaction between high and low pressure rotors is obtained.Thus it could provide beneficial reference for the similar interaction fault study in future.
