摘要
重点针对压缩电动机的轴向尺寸、减小转轴挠度、降低电动机成本的问题,通过改进电动机轴承结构型式、集电环与连接环的结构设计,减小电动机的长径比,达到节省原材料、改善转轴挠度、提高电动机的稳定性,从而适应市场要求和同步电动机的发展方向。
Focusing on matters such as the axial dimension of compressor motor, reduction ofshaft bending, and lower the motor cost, the bearing structure type of motor and thestructural design of the collector ring and adapter ring are improved in this paper, and the length-diameter ratio of motor is also decreased to save the raw material, improve the deflection of spin-dle , and enhance the stability of motor, accordingly, it could meet the market demands and be suitable to the development di-rection of synchronous motor.
