摘要
介绍了三坐标测量机的工作原理,并结合测量不确定度评定在测量工作中的应用,分析影响其测量结果的因素,并对测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。
This paper introduces the working principle of the coordinate measuring machine, and combined with the applica-tion of measurement uncertainty evaluation in the measurement process, the influence factors to the measurement results are analyzed.The uncertainty of the measurement result is then evaluated.
