电机企业CCC认证策略研究

CCC认证即中国强制性产品认证制度,是为保护消费者人身安全和加强产品质量管理的一种产品合格评定制度,2014年CCC认证规则发生了重大改变。电机产品主要针对小功率电动机,从认证流程、认证注意事项、产品型式试验、以及产品一致性等方面进行对电机的CCC认证进行研究,阐述了在新规则下电机企业进行电机产品CCC认证的注意事项,着重关注定子浸烘和转子动平衡等关键工序以及产品的一致性,使工厂早做准备,提高CCC认证的有效性。

CCC ( China Compulsory Certification) , which is a conformity assessment program, is to protect safety of the con-sumers and the product quality, and has greatly changed in 2014.Aiming at the low-power motors, the CCC certification of motor is studied on aspects of the certification procedures, notes, the type tests of production, and product consistency in this paper, and matters needing attention of the CCC certification process in the new regulation to motor manufacturers are ex-plained afterwards, especially the key procedures like the stator dip-drying and the rotor dynamic balancing, aswell as the product consistency.Therefore, the manufacturers could prepare early so as to improve the effectiveness of the certification.
