摘要
在金属切削加工过程中,已加工表面形成的鳞片状毛刺会严重影响工件表面质量,通过对鳞刺的形成过程和机理进行探讨,分析影响其形成和生长的因素,进而找出抑制鳞刺形成的措施。
In the metal cutting process, scaly burr of the machined surface will have serious impact on the surface quality of work piece.Based on the forming process and mechanism of the burr, the factors that would impact its formation and growth are analyzed in this paper, thus the suppression measures to the formation of scaly burr are identified.
