摘要
轿车尾灯总成的匹配工作一直是汽车主机厂整车匹配的重点和难点。以分析某车型尾灯与周边零件的间隙和面差公差为例,介绍如何应用公差分析软件3DCS进行虚拟偏差分析以及优化方案的虚拟验证,减少实车匹配阶段的重复性工作。
Matching of rear lamp is the key and difficult problem for automotive OEMs in passenger vehicle assembly.Taking the rear lamp gap and flush with vicinity parts of a vehicle as the example, the way how to use the tolerance software 3DCS to complete the virtual deviation analysis and the virtual verification for the optimization scheme are introduced in this paper, so as to avoid unnecessary repetitive work in the vehicle assembly process.
