摘要
在超越负载工况下,传统液压系统中负载控制阀或平衡阀负载速度控制效果差、容易发生速度抖动,为改善这些不足,采用负载口独立技术并进行速度控制特性的分析,给出了压力流量复合控制策略,建立了超越伸出和超越缩回两种工况下的数学模型,通过AMESim与simulink进行联合仿真,结果表明,负载口独立技术在保证系统速度控制特性的前提下,能够进一步提高系统的稳定性能。
There are some defects in the traditional over-running load hydraulic system, such as velocity control is poor and prone to velocity jitter, etc.In order to improve these weaknesses, the components and work principle of the separate meter in and separate meter out ( SMISMO) were introduced and the features of velocity control were analyzed, the pressure and flow control strategies were given in this paper, the numerical model of hydraulic system was built by the co-simulation of AMESim and simulink, which showed that the novel control system possessed higher velocity control precise and good stable characteris-tics.
