石墨炉原子吸收分析法测定若干建筑涂料原料中铜含量的研究

摘要 石墨炉原子吸收分析法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、干扰少等优点,已被广泛应用于环境、食品等领域中金属元素的痕量分析。采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定若干建筑涂料中铜元素的含量,标准曲线线性范围在0~100μgL范围内,相关系数r=0.9966,试样经炭化、灰化、酸溶解、过滤后,就可以上机测定,方法快速简便。测定结果显示,10种涂料的吸光度为0.087~0.365,铜质量分数均低于90mg/kg,符合国家建筑材料环保要求。 The method of graphite furnace atomic absorption has the advantage of high sensitivity,low detection limit and less interference, which has been widely applied in the trace analysis of metal elements in the field of environment,food and so on. In this paper,the content of copper element in a number of architectural coatings were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption method. While the standard curve linear range from 0 to 100 μg/L,the correlation coefficient r=0. 996 6. The sample was measured by the machine after carbonizing,ashing,acid dissolving,and filtrating. The test results showed that the absorbance of nine kinds of coating was 0. 087~0. 365,copper levels were less than 90 mg/kg,all the measured materials were accord with national requirements of environmental protection building materials.
