摘要 目的:探讨临床医师工作倦怠与人口学特征的关系。方法:采用Maslach耗竭量表(MBI-HSS)和社会人口学调查问卷方式,对嘉兴地区四所三级甲等医院的245名临床医师进行调查。结果:该地区临床医师存在一定程度的工作倦怠,主要集中在年龄段31~40岁、工作年限10~20年的中青年医师群体,情绪衰竭和成就感低落较为严重;职称越高,情绪衰竭程度越严重。结论:年龄、工作年限、职称等人口学特征变量是影响临床医师工作倦怠水平的重要因素。 Objective: To explore relationship of physicians job burnout and demographic characteristics. Methods: MBI-HSS and social demography questionnaire were adopted to investigate 245 clinicians from 4 three-grade hospitals in Jiaxing. Results:A certain extent of job burnout was found in the physicians in this region. The Physicians aged from 31 to 40 and with the work experi-ence of 10-20 years had more severe emotional exhaustion and diminished personal accomplishment. The higher title of the physician was, the more serious the degree of emotional exhaustion was. Conclusions:The demographic variables such as age, years of working and job title etc. are the important factors influencing the job burnout.
