摘要
以氨基苯硼酸修饰的10,12-二十五碳二炔酸(PCDA)为单体,经囊泡组装、聚合制备了一种具有热可逆性质的聚联乙炔衍生物(APCDA-PBA),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、微孔板检测系统对单体官能团、囊泡形貌、温度的感应变化进行表征,结果表明,修饰后的聚联乙炔衍生物的热可逆有效温度范围为30℃~60℃。在该温度范围内,随着温度上升,蓝相650nm处的吸收峰发生红移,出现红相540nm的吸收峰;当降温时,红相540nm处的吸收峰开始蓝移,650nm处吸收峰开始恢复。
The polydiacetylene derivative (APCDA-PBA) with reversible thermal transition was prepared by vesicle assembly, polymerization using benzene amino acid-modified carbon diyne 10,12 twenty- five acid (PCDA) monomer. The functional groups, surface morphology and thermal transition of vesicles were characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-Itl),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Molecular Devices. The results indicates that the modified Polydiacetylenes" thermal transition range is 30℃-60℃. With the rising of temperatures, a blue-to-red color transition with a peak shift from 650 nm to 540 nm was observed. With the falling of temperature, the corresponding color changes from red to blue.
