油水界面法制备纳米α-硅酸钙的研究

摘要 以氯化钙(CaCl2)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,油酸钠为表面活性剂,用油水界面法在800的煅烧温度下制备纳米α-硅酸钙粉体,采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对粉体的物相、颗粒的形貌进行表征,在模拟体液浸泡实验(SBF)中分别浸泡8、24、48和72h,评价其体外诱导类骨磷灰石的能力,结果表明,制得的硅酸钙的主晶相为α-硅酸钙(α-CaSiO3)球形粉体,平均直径约为13 nm;体外模拟体液实验表明,通过油水界面法制备的纳米α-硅酸钙具有诱导类骨磷灰石沉积的能力.
