青岛农村地区海洋文化产业发展现状及对策分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Marine Culture Industries in Rural Areas of Qingdao

以青岛沿海农村为对象,从海洋旅游业、海洋休闲体育业、海洋节庆会展业、海洋非物质文化遗产等4个大类进行调查与分析。问卷调查显示,海洋旅游资源类型多样,但以自然资源为主,还没有挖掘历史文化内涵;节庆会展业停留在传统节日庆典的萌芽阶段;海洋体育休闲产业处于待开发状态;非物质文化遗产没有得到很好的保护和开发。对策是必须树立城乡海洋文化产业一体化发展的意识;尽快出台青岛地区农村海洋文化产业发展专项规划;大力发展农村海洋旅游业,积极发挥其文化带动功能;以科技和信息创新农村文化产业的表现形式。

Taking Qingdao as an example this paper investigates and analyzes the marine culture industry in rural areas from the following four parts: marine tourism, marine leisure sports industry, marine festival exhibition industry, marine non-material cultural heritage. The survey reveals the following problems: The marine tourism resources are diverse ,and most of which are natural resources without historical and cultural connotations. The exhibition industry remains in its infancy stage of traditional festivals. The marine leisure industry is still not well developed. The vast majority of intangible cultural heritage is not well developed and protected. The suggestions are as following: An integrated development of urban and rural should be established ,, special plans for the development of marine cultural industries in rural areas should be introduced as soon as possible, marine tourism in rural areas should be vigorously developed. The cultural industries in rural areas should be developed based on innovation of science and information technology.
