摘要
《聊斋志异》是批判现实的"孤愤之书",蒲松龄愤冷酷浇薄势利的世道,在《聊斋志异》中从三个层面描写社会上广泛存在的势利现象,写出了势利的群体性、疯狂性、罪恶性,展示封建末世人们严重的精神病态和人性丑陋,反映出当时极端丑恶污浊的世风。针对恶俗浇漓的现实,蒲松龄通过塑造超越势利的理想人物,全力歌颂他们的美好人性,以正人心、挽世俗。从某种意义上来说,《聊斋志异》是一部倡扬正气、超越势利之书。
Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio is an“angry book”of critical realism,Pu Songling hated this cruel and snobbish world,described the widespr-ead snobbish phenomenon in society from three levels in this book:snobbism's group-occurring characteristic;crazy characteristic;evil characteristic,showed se-vere mental illness of people in the last years of feudalism,revealed the ugly human nature and reflected extremely ugly moral values at that time. Pu Songling gave this social evil the most profound disclosure and fierce criticism, lashed out against snobbish humanity and expressed a strong sense of exhorta-tion. In view of this evil reality, Pu Songling spared no effort to praise the beautiful humanity beyond snobbism,correct the conscience of people and res-cue this secular world through portraying ideal characters surmounting snobbism. In a sense,Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio is a book of proposing sur-passing snobbism.
