摘要
系统解读《体育之研究》一文所蕴含的"快乐体育"思想。研究认为,从结构论的角度看,《体育之研究》所建构的"快乐体育"是一个"内生运动兴趣——激发锻炼行为——感知锻炼效果——产生运动快乐"这样一个层层衔接、循环往复、逐步提高的过程。"快乐体育"的过程在本质上是按照"有恒、蛮拙和注全力"的基本原则,以简单易行、科学实用的锻炼方法和亲身的运动参与改造人的生物体,进而增知识、调感情,最终达到强意志,实现从身体到精神的全面改造,促进人的全面发展。体育的快乐是通过痛苦的身体改造过程,实现精神的"快乐"。重读《体育之研究》,分析其所蕴含的"快乐体育"思想,对于纠正当前对"快乐体育"的认识偏差以及具体实施"快乐体育"存在的种种"异化"现象具有极其重要的理论借鉴和实践指导意义。
The re-reading of Mao Zedong's Study of Physical Education revealed that"Happy Sports"was a process built on personal interest in sports,participation in sports,benefit from sports and happy sports.The process was also built on persistence,flexibility and whole-heatedness.It held that with simple and scientific methods of physical activity,a person's knowledge could be promoted and emotion could be adjusted.The ultimate goal was to build a person both spiritually and physically.Happy sports were processes of gaining spiritual pleasure through the pain of the body.The re-reading of Study of Physical Education could help establish a correct understanding and execution of the meaning of happy sports.
