中小型水库具有流域面积小、汇流时间短、缺乏监测资料,以及预见期短等特点。文章在统计分析基础上,科学合理地提出中小型水库预报调度和调洪计算的新方法,使预报调度更简单、快捷和准确,并在实际预报调度和调洪计算中取得良好的效果。

The medium and small reservoirs have the characteristics of the small basin area, short convergence time, deficient monitoring data and short forecast period. Based on the statistics and analysis, the paper proposes scientifically and reasonably put forward the new method of forecasting dispatching and flood regulating calculation for the medium and small reservoirs. The new method makes the forecasting and dispatching more simple, quick and accurate, which has obtained the good results for the forecasting dispatching and flood regulating calculation in practice.
