随着以网络综合布线系统为支撑的信息化数据传输的不断发展,当今社会需要大量的网络综合布线人才,如何在激烈的竞争中培养出符合市场需求的高素质人才成为首要研究方向。笔者就此探讨了综合布线人才的市场背景和需求,并为课程改革的措施提出了具体方案和建议。

Wwith the continues development of network cabling systems to support data transmission of information technology, nowaday society requires a lot of network cabling personnel, how to train highly qualified personnel to meet market demand as the primary research direction in the fierce competition. This paper first discusses the background and needs of the market cabling talent, then put forward specific plans and proposals on curriculum reform measures.
